Usage rights.
Usage rights are the permissions a brand buys to publish a creator's content: which channels, which countries and for how long.
Example
A skincare brand buys "paid ads, 12 months, KSA and UAE". It can run the video as ads in those two countries for a year.
Why it matters
Clear rights protect both sides: the brand knows what it can run, and the creator is paid fairly for how widely their face and voice are used.
