Glossary · Term
Perpetual license.
A perpetual license lets a brand use content with no end date, within the agreed channels and countries.
Example
A brand wants a product video on its website for as long as the product is sold.
Why it matters
Open-ended use asks more of the creator, so on UGC MENA extended rights are quoted per brief.
