Pricing questions.
How much does it cost?
Self-serve (available now): the creator's price plus a 15% platform fee, paid by card. Fully managed (available now): the creator's price plus a 25% fee, invoiced before production.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per campaign.
When do I pay?
Self-serve campaigns are paid by card in USD when you confirm the brief. The payment is held by UGC MENA until you approve the content, then released to the creator. Managed campaigns are invoiced: you pay the invoice before production starts. The creator is paid only after you approve the delivery.
Do prices include VAT?
No VAT is charged on our invoices today. If that changes, it will be shown on the invoice before you pay.
