1. Who we are
These Terms of Service are between you and UGC MENA LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, Wyoming filing ID 2026-002078131, formed September 10, 2026, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“UGC MENA”, “we”). Contact: info@ugcmena.com.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18, give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may hold one Creator account.
3. What the platform does
UGC MENA connects brands with content creators across the Middle East and North Africa. Brands can run self-serve campaigns or request fully managed campaigns from our team. Creator approval is a separate review decision after you submit your profile.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent yourself or others, upload content you do not have the right to share, attempt to access other accounts or data, scrape the service, or interfere with its security or operation.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow UGC MENA to store, process and display it as needed to run the service and, where you consent, to show portfolio samples to brands. Usage rights for campaign content are agreed separately per campaign.
6. Payments
For self-serve campaigns, the brand pays by card when it confirms the campaign scope; the payment is held by UGC MENA and released to the creator only after the brand approves the content. Managed campaigns are invoiced and paid before production. Fees are shown in full before payment and are fixed at the campaign's first funding. If a campaign is cancelled before content is approved, amounts not yet released are returned to the brand as account credit or to the original payment method. Creator fees are added to the creator's UGC MENA wallet and withdrawn under the Creator Terms.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk. You may close your account and request erasure at any time; some records are kept in pseudonymized form where needed for legal, audit or dispute purposes.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, UGC MENA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and is not responsible for agreements made directly between users.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will show you the new version and ask you to accept it before you continue using your account.
