What we collect
Identity and account data (name, email, password in hashed form), phone number, date of birth, address for product shipments, social media accounts and metrics you provide, portfolio photos and videos, profile details (location, languages, niches, rates), and — later, only when you request payouts — identity documents and payout details. We also keep technical records (sign-in events, device/browser type, error logs with personal data removed) and where you came from (campaign links).
Why we use it
To create and secure your account; review and approve Creator profiles; show approved profiles to brands where you opt in; match and manage campaigns; ship products; prevent fraud and abuse; send account emails; comply with legal obligations; and, later, process payouts.
Who we share it with
Brands see only what you approve for listing and what a campaign needs. Service providers process data on our behalf: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, file storage; built on Supabase), Resend (email delivery) and Stripe (payment processing, when payments are enabled). We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our providers may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. When you request erasure we delete or pseudonymize your data, except records we must keep for legal, audit, tax or dispute purposes. Database backups roll over in about 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent (for example to public listing or marketing) at any time, by emailing info@ugcmena.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Files are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links that check access each time. Sensitive details are visible only to you and authorized staff.
