1. Scope
These Creator Terms add to the Terms of Service and apply to Creator accounts with UGC MENA LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, Wyoming filing ID 2026-002078131, formed September 10, 2026, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
2. Your profile
Your profile, social accounts, rates and portfolio must be accurate and your own. You confirm you have the rights to every sample you upload, including the consent of anyone who appears in it.
3. Review and approval
After you submit, our team reviews your profile. We may approve it, ask for changes or decline it. Approval is not a promise of campaigns or income.
4. Public listing
Your profile appears in the public creator directory only if it is approved and you have opted in. Only the fields you approve for listing are shown; your contact details, address, date of birth and identity documents are never public.
5. Campaign work
Each campaign states its brief, deliverables, timeline and usage rights. You accept or decline each offer. Content and usage rights are licensed only as stated in the campaign you accept.
6. Withdrawals
Your agreed fee is added to your UGC MENA wallet when the brand approves your content. You can request a withdrawal of your available balance by bank transfer in US dollars in supported countries once it reaches the minimum shown in your account (currently US$100). Before your first withdrawal you must add your bank details, and we may ask you to verify your identity. Our finance team reviews each request before the transfer is sent; intermediary or receiving banks may deduct charges from the amount transferred.
7. Conduct
Follow platform rules and applicable advertising-disclosure requirements in the countries where content is published. Do not take campaign work off-platform with brands you met through UGC MENA in a way that breaches campaign terms.
